On the first day of the 76th Biennial Electoral Congress of the South American Volleyball Confederation (CSV), FIVB President Dr Ary S. Graça F°, FIVB General Director Fabio Azevedo and CSV President Marco Tullio Teixeira met with the Presidents of the 10 affiliated National Federations.

At the meetings, FIVB and CSV leadership had the opportunity to learn more about the development of indoor and beach volleyball in each country of the CSV National Federations, namely Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guyana, French Guiana, Paraguay, Uruguay, Peru and Venezuela.

The FIVB also presented updates on the progress of the FIVB Volleyball Empowerment and Development projects in accordance with the individual needs of each National Federation.

In the afternoon, CSV President Marco Tullio Teixeira met the CSV Executive Committee for an extraordinary meeting on the eve of the 76th Congress, where key discussions were held on planning the future of volleyball in the region, in addition to the presentation of a new composition for the working committees. At the meeting, new members were appointed to the CSV Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the period 2024-2028.
